Based off of playtime, I'd say either Terraria or Minecraft. Probably Minecraft more than Terraria.
Enjoyment-wise, I guess it would be Skyrim.

no, but you can have a boxing dinosaur with a pompadour fight an ancient monster colored pink and other bright shit (and the monster has trees for horns and a pelican head) and having your bear partner in japanese armor throw the monster into your fist in a school yard full of excited children with dubstep. did i mention that there is a kid riding the dinosaurs back and the bear has pizza on his back?

I said a lot. Not all. That game is awesome because raptors with boxing gloves fighting bears. It's also not cheap like most fighting games.

there still some cheap shit. (paul phoenix death fist does like, a shit ton of damage, characters are paper thin, kinda unbalanced because of the 50+ characters)
the games i think with the least amount of cheap shit is arc systems' fighting games (blazblue, guilty gear, Persona 4 arena)

mvc3 and street fighter are both balanced pretty well imo

i wouldn't say as balanced as anything arc systems made.
Street fighter 4 and Umvc3 are very dependent on match ups while in blazblue every character is viable.
