Vice Station 10

I'm almost done setting up shit for our SS13 server. It's gonna be public on the hub and everything, so I want suggestions and shit.
Things we could discuss:

• Rules of the server
  
• Any possible modifications we could do (we're running baycode).
  
• Maps (Map making is tricky, though. At least that's what I heard.)
  
• Recruiting and players. If we plan to do any modifications, we're gonna need spriters and coders. I'm sure I can handle small items myself, but what if we plan for bigger projects? And if we want a steady player base, we're gonna need to either:
  a) Update the forums specifically for SS13
  b) Make a new website for the server specifically
  c) Do something else
  
• Possibly communicate about paying for server hosting, so it isn't running on my rig.
  
• Anything else that may come up.

this server should be just for fun and none of that hardcore roleplay stuff. Maybe say it is for like beginners to get acquainted with the game.

I'd rather be a hardcore role play server than goon. Although I don't necessarily want a hardcore role playing server, I just definitely don't want a goon-styled server. I just want a server that enforces some type of role playing, because sweet sweet rp is fun.
